Jasmine (Leslie) Ross is a yoga and meditation teacher, ceremonialist, and lifelong student of the inner journey. A seeker at heart, she first discovered yoga in the early 1990s and has spent the last three decades exploring the connection between body, breath, nature, and spirit.

Her path began through movement and the outdoors — as a backcountry guide, mountain athlete, and nature lover — eventually leading her toward the deeper mind-body-spirit practices of yoga, meditation, and contemplative study. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2010, Jasmine co-founded Meta Yoga Studios in Breckenridge, Colorado, alongside her partner Jason Rodon, where she spent years teaching, mentoring teachers, and cultivating a vibrant mountain yoga community.

A devoted student of life and practice, Jasmine continued her studies extensively through ParaYoga with renowned teacher Rod Stryker, completing her 500-hour E-RYT certification in 2015. Through the ParaYoga community, she was introduced to Pandit Rajmani Tigunait and the teachings of the Himalayan Institute, which deeply shaped the next phase of her path.

There she found a profound connection to Vishoka Meditation — a heart-centered meditation practice rooted in clarity, joy, and returning to one’s essential nature. Jasmine became a Certified Vishoka Meditation Teacher (VMTT) in 2021 and continues her ongoing studies and practice with the Himalayan Institute community.

Her teaching style blends breath-centered movement, meditation, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and joyful presence — all grounded in accessibility and real-life integration. She believes yoga is less about performance and more about remembering who we are beneath the noise of daily life. Through movement, breath, meditation, and self-inquiry, Jasmine sees yoga as a vehicle for unlocking the limitless potential that already exists within us — helping us reconnect to our true nature, awaken the wisdom of the heart, and remember the unique soul song each of us is here to express.

Over the years, Jasmine has led numerous 200-hour teacher trainings, guided mindful hiking experiences for Wanderlust Festival in Colorado, written for Hanuman Festival, and facilitated classes, retreats, ceremonies, and wellness experiences throughout the mountain communities she calls home.

Jasmine and Jason also founded Acoustic Flow — a free community yoga experience featuring live music in downtown Breckenridge part of the annual BIFA (Breckenridge International Festival of Arts) — which has become a beloved local tradition that continues today. Their passion for weaving together movement, music, mindfulness, and community remains a central thread throughout Jasmine’s work.

She has also partnered with local organizations including Building Hope Summit County, the Town of Breckenridge, and regional wellness initiatives such as the CBHC Behavioral Health Conference to offer resilience-based wellness sessions, meditation experiences, nervous system regulation practices, and practical tools for building healthier, more mindful habits in everyday life.

Her evolving offerings also include Inner Space meditation gatherings, mindful community activations, vision board workshops, and immersive wellness experiences designed to help participants reconnect with clarity, creativity, purpose, and intentional living.

This summer, Jasmine is collaborating with Breck Create for the Breckenridge International Festival of Arts to help support expanded wellness and mindfulness programming, including immersive activations inspired by stillness, reflection, creativity, and connection in collaboration with Laurie Shapiro’s installation and other community-centered experiences throughout the festival.

Today, through Joyful Living, Jasmine offers meditation, yoga, mala making, stand-up paddleboard yoga, private wellness experiences, corporate mindfulness offerings, and customized experiences for retreats, wedding groups, local studios, and community organizations including Vail Resorts and the Town of Breckenridge Recreation Center.

At the center of all her offerings is a simple intention: helping people reconnect to themselves, slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the quiet joy already within them.
